UP BOARD RESULT 2020 UPDATES

This coronavirus outbreak has placed a full stop in the examination process. Various boards like CBSE, ICSE, UP, Telangana board results for the standard X and XII are facing a problem. Recently, Telangana board releases its class 12th exam results. Similarly, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) decides to release the UP board result 2020 for standard X and XII on June 27 at 12.30 pm. Recently, UP boards students get a certainty relief regarding their board results. Further, the notice also states that after the release of results, students can view their scores on the official website of the state board.

Deputy Chief Minister, as well as Minister of Secondary and Higher Education Dinesh Sharma, says the date of exam results has been decided as 27th June 2020. June 27 becomes as the important date for boards applicants. As they gonna view their results and this result will be important for their career. Also, mark sheets will be available after 10 days of declaration of results. Thirty-five per cent (35%) bar is set for qualifying the examination. Further, if some students tend to face failure in the exam. Then for those students, a compartment exam will be conducted. Announcement of compartment test dates is yet not decided.

STUDENTS DATA APPEARING IN THE EXAMINATION

Approximately 56 lakhs students appeared in board exam in Feb- march of 2020. Around 31 lakhs students were of standard 10th. And 25 lakhs students were of class 12th. As various students appear for the exam. So, there were around 17 lakhs boys in high school and 13 lakhs girls’ applicants in high school UP Board exam. Similarly, approximately 14 lakhs boys’ students and 11 lakhs girl applicants in intermediate exams.

EVALUATION PROCESS UPDATES

While the coronavirus outbreak leads to the delaying of assessment as well as evaluation of exam sheets. UP Board secretary states that around in 281 centres across 75 districts evaluations and assessment of answer sheets have been completed. UP board evaluates a sum of 3.1 crore answer sheets in a one-month time interval. There were 92k and 54k teachers deployed for evaluation of answer sheets. Board exams are a very important step for any student’s career. So, certainty about their result after appearing for the exam provide peace to the students. Amid this many students face success as well as failure. Students facing failure in the mid of coronavirus outbreak need to deal with it very calmly and peacefully. Parents should make them motivate about their result and move on in life while accepting their result.

  • Exam duration: 3hrs and 15 minutes
  • Students those who have passed and cleared their 9th standard exams are eligible.
  • Applicants must have filled the examination form and paid application fees.

Highlights of UP Board 12th result

  • Mode of exam: offline
  • Languages: Hindi, English, Sanskrit and Urdu
  • Exam duration: 3 hrs
  • Applicants who are enrolled in class 12 of a school affiliated to UP board are eligible for class 12th standard examination.
  • For appearing for intermediate exams candidates must have acquired the required percentage of attendance during their academic year in class 12 of UP board.
  • They must not have any dues remaining of the current academic session.
  • Students must have filled the examination form and submitted it before the last date with required documents. Also, they have to pay the examination fee.
  • Candidates whose forms are accepted by the board and who receive the admit card are allowed to appear for the exam.
  • They are required to carry the UP board 12th admit card to exam hall during the exam.
