Rishi Kapoor Death: Shocking News

Bollywood Star Rishi Kapoor has died at the age of 67 in  Mumbai Hospital.  He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning and died on Thursday at 8.45 am. His brother Randhir Kapoor told the press that he had been breathing difficulties. The hospital staff said he kept them entertained at the last time. He returned from New York last September after receiving cancer treatment. 

This is the second huge loss of Bollywood in two days. He died at the age of 67 years after a two-year fight against Leukemia. This news came after the death of Bollywood star Irrfan Khan.

Rishi Kapoor was born in Bombay in Punjabi Hindu family. He was the son of Raj Kapoor and grandson of Prithviraj  Kapoor. His brothers are Rajiv Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor. He had two sisters Late Rima Jain and Ritu Nanda.

Romantic and forever youthful heartthrob worked in numerous movies with multi stars such as his uncle Shashi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. He is one of the favorite Bollywood heroes. Rishi Kapoor became the best and romantic hero with films such as Karz(1980), Rafoo Chakkar, Mulk (2018), Agneepath (2012). He worked as the romantic lead role between 1973 and 2000. His last movies were Jhootha Kahin Ka and The Body(2019). He won Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Awards(2008), Filmfare Critics Awards for Best Actor (2016), Filmfare Award, and Filmfare Awards for Best Supporting Actor.

Rishi Kapoor starts his career at a teenage age and received  National Awards for child artists’ role in his father’s movie Mera Naam Joker. His father and grandfather were the best actors in the Hindi Language film Industry of Bollywood. Rishi Kapoor worked in more than 90 movies. Also, he was well known for his off-screen love stories. He married to Nitu Singh, who acted in many films with Rishi Kapoor.

Recently, his son, Ranbir Kapoor is one of the top heroes. Kapoor’s family request to his fans and friends to follow numerous restriction and avoid gathering in public because the world is facing a difficult and problematic situation due to the coronavirus. We should respect the lockdown rules.
