Arab News reports that the Saudi Arabian government has released plans for the massive New Murabba building in Riyadh, the country’s capital. Due to all the unique features it will contain, the enormous structure expect to completely change downtown Riyadh. The Mukaab, as it will be known, will serve as the focal point of the city’s new New Murabba downtown, according to the outlet. A government-produced ad for the new city has gone popular on social media.

According to Futurism, building on the project should be finished by 2030. This comes less than a year after the country announced plans for a 100-mile tower that will house nine million people in the future.

According to the Futurism story, work has already begun on the enormous structure. It will serve as the focal point of the reducing Neom site. This initially unveiled near the Gulf of Aqaba in 2017.
