Parth Samthaan tested Positive for Covid-19!
TV actor Parth Samthaan, playing the lead role in the daily soap Kasautii Zindangii Kay 2, tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Sunday. The shooting for the show has been stopped in Mumbai’s film city.
Shooting stalled for the show!
Parth Samthaan tested Positive for Covid-19! The actor was recently shooting for his hit daily soap after three and a half months. But now that he has tested positive the shooting of the show has been stopped with immediate effect. The production and crew members have been advised to get tested for the deadly virus.
An official statement was also released regarding the same, without mentioning the name of the actor.
Parth came from Hyderabad to city last month to resume shooting for the romantic adventure story. Earlier this month, the proficient actor shared a note and aforementioned that he will take a break from social media.
The actor had also shared a photo with a caption to it, saying, “Back to shoot after 3 months…. Back to Normalcy” from the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, a couple of weeks ago.
All precautions being taken by the Balaji Telefilms!
Parth plays Anurag Basu, the lead in the show. He is paired with Erica Fernandes, who plays Prerna in the daily soap. The show is produced by the one and only Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.
New episodes of the show were to air from July 13. But, due to this unforeseen situation, its seems that the airing of the new episodes will be stalled.
Further, Balaji Telefilms notified that they were taking all the necessary and precautionary measures to deal with the situation.
Looks like the entire entertainment industry is damned and having a super hard time. It was also reported that even Aishwarya and her daughter Aaradhya tested positive with Covid-19 after Amitabh Bacchan and Abhishek Bacchan.
