Cassie Randolph had earlier accused ex, Colton Underwood of stalking and harassing her. She had also filed for a restraining order against him earlier. The judge signed off on Monday, September 14; on Randolph’s appeal for a temporary restraining order against Colton Underwood. The restraining order is likely to expire on October 6; post which a hearing over the case will take place.
Randolph had earlier accused Underwood; of stalking her, showing up at her apartments at odd hours, setting up a tracking device on her car, and sending her anonymous texts; among others.

Underwood has been told to stay away from Cassie, her home and office at least 100 yards away. Furthermore, he is also barred from approaching his ex-girlfriend, and must not stalk, intimidate or assault her.
Randolph’s claims against Underwood reported the “days of harassment” starting in June 2020; with the most recent events occurring between August 16 and 19.
In one of the screenshots of alleged text messages sent from Underwood to Randolph on June 27 that are included in the filing; he writes, “…Because you are a selfish person who isn’t ready to be loved. I spent two years loving you the best I could and now I’m sitting here feeling like a fool… You’ve hurt me beyond words… I’ve always done nothing but be there for you and you still disrespect me all the time.”
He is also seen accusing Randolph of being “shady” and “hiding things” in the texts.

The two had reportedly met and fallen in love during the shoot of The Bachelor’s season 23. Randolph had acknowledged their separation as early as mid-April. They, however, confirmed the breakup in May 2020; two years after they finished together on The Bachelor season 23.
