Apparently Phineas and Ferb are coming back this year with an all-new movie titled “Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against The Universe”. About Phineas and Ferb
Phineas and Ferb is a popular cartoon series that runs on Disney channel. The show revolves around two brothers- Phineas and Ferb who spend their summer holidays trying to have fun. Their sister Candace also plays an important part in the show as she unsuccessfully tries to make their aware mother of her brothers’ stunts. The cast also features the duo’s friends like Isabella, Baljeet, Buford and Candace’s best friend Stacy. It also includes Jeremy as Candace’s love interest. The cast also features the kids’ parents and occasionally, grandparents. Another comic subplot show’s the duo’s pet platypus, Perry, as an animal agent that busts an evil doctor Doofenshmirtz’s evil plans.
The creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff Marsh were aptly applauded for filling the kids’ hearts with summer joy through Phineas and Ferb. The show is still rerun on Disney channel and is also available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
About the movie
Disney announced the first Phineas and Ferb movie (Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension) back in 2010. It released the next year on Disney channel and received much appreciation.
Now the creators are back with the second Phineas and Ferb movie. Disney released the movie trailer on their YouTube channel on August 5. The trailer shows Candace and Vanessa being accidentally shot up to space in a rocket. The movie will then focus on the brothers teaming up with their friends and also Doofenshmirtz to rescue the girls. Perry will also be there to keep on eye on the evil doctor.
How to watch Phineas and Ferb new movie?
The old good Phineas and Ferb fans are surely excited for Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against The Universe. The makers are set to release the movie on Disney+ Hotstar on August 28. It will be available to all Disney+ Hotstar users. As of now, the makers are not looking to release the movie anywhere else. That means it will not be able for streaming on the Disney channels.
