Unni Mukundan is a famous Malayalam actor. He is famous for his hit movies.

 

Recently, he is in the news for his old case where he got stay order in a sexual assault case.

 

The Kerala High court has recently withdrawn the stay order in the 2018 sexual assault attempt case. A woman filed a case against the actor for sexually harassing her.

 

Later, the actor got a stay order for settling the order outside the court because the woman gave her consent.

 

Now, she is saying that she didn’t sign any papers to settle the issue outside the court.

 

This made the Kerala High Court withdraw the stay order on the case.

 

Actual incident

The issue is for the case the woman had filed against the actor, Unni Mukundan.

 

The woman alleged of raping and murdering the woman in 2018. She also sought police protection for protection against the actor.

 

But Mukundan rejected her claim as false and asked for bail against the claim.

 

However, the woman had asked for cancellation of the bail in the court.

 

She accused that Mukundan tried to rape her when she went to his flat for  a movie related discussion.

 

The actor wanted to rape and even kill her. But the woman somehow made herself free and flew from there.

 

Afterwards, she filed a complaint against the actor in the police station.

 

Mukundan, however, refused all the accusations made against him.He said the woman wanted to tarnish his reputation by filing false charges against him.

 

She even wanted money in exchange for withdrawing her case against the actor.

 

Actor’s lawyer

The Kerala High court recently on Thursday withdrew the stay order for the case filed against the lawyer. 

 

It happened because the complaint told the court that she didn’t sign in any paper to settle the matter outside the court.

 

The lawyer of the actor, Saiby Jose Kidangoor has been accused of taking money from clients to bribe judges.

 

He appeared for Unni Mukundan in the case for proving him innocent.

 

The allegation against the lawyer has been that he submitted a document mentioning the complaint in the case gave her agreement to settle the issue outside of court.

 

However, the court recorded the woman’s statement and understood that it is a matter of serious attention.

 

The court has now accused the lawyer of destroying evidence and misleading the court.

 

Sailby has to answer to the court against everything that has come up against him.

 

He is responsible for protecting his client. But it should not mean he would use illegal routes to protect his client.

 

Beside the allegation against the actor, Unnu Mukundan, his lawyer will have to answer for the allegations that have come up against him.

 

Conspiracy or Crime

 

The issue has taken a different angle after the country withdrew his stay order. He needs to come again for his trial and face all the hearing.

 

Now, both of them have to prove their allegations wrong in front of the court.

 

The matter has taken a heated debate whether the actor has committed the crime or not.

 

His fans are in full support to him that he can’t do anything wrong. On the other hand, different intellectuals have asked for fair probe into the matter.

 

No one should have any say until anything gets proven in the case. Police and court are doing their job.

 

Every party needs to coperate into the case. Any scenario can come out from the case.

 

But it is sure that the trouble has increased after the court has withdrawn stay order in the case.

 

Crime or conspiracy will surely come into the light. It is only about the time to open up everything.
