Amitabh’s Jalsa Sealed!
Amitabh Bacchan and his son Abhishek Bacchan were tested positive with the novel coronavirus. They were admitted to the Nanavati hospital in Mumbai. As per new updates, it has come to notice that the duo, Aishwarya Rai Bacchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bacchan have also tested positive for the same.
BMC in action!
In view of the same, Amitabh’s Mumbai residence ‘Jalsa’ has been declared as a containment zone. Brihanmumbai municipal corporation (BMC) officials carried out a sanitized drive in the entire area and then put up the banner outside his bungalow to define it as a containment zone. No one is allowed to enter or exit the place now. Amitabh’s Jalsa Sealed!
The 77-year-old actor intimated people about his diagnosis through his Twitter handle. Further, he requested people who had come in their contact to get themselves tested for the same. Soon after his father’s tweet, Abhishek also tweeted ““Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you,” Abhishek tweeted. “The BMC has been in touch and we are complying with them,” he added.
A statement was given by the Nanavati hospital stating that both of them are now stable with mild symptoms. They have been shifted to the isolation ward of the hospital.
Relief for some!
A team of doctors also came in the morning for taking samples of those whose tests were pending. Luckily, the rest of the family members: Jaya Bacchan, Shweta Bacchan Nanda and her children tested negative for Covid-19.
Earlier in the day it was said that Aishwarya and her daughter had tested negative for the novel coronavirus. However, they were declared positive in their final report which came on Sunday at 2:30pm.
