After iPhone XR, the most cheap iPhone SE 2020 is going to start its assembly in India. This news was announced on Monday by Apple. Apple has started the assembling of Apple iPhone SE in the Wistron Plant in Karnataka. Other tan iPhone SE 2020 more Apple devices like iPhone 11 and iPhone XR are also assembled in India.
Apple in recent interview said that “iPhone SE comes with the most powerful chip set. We are excited to make this chip set at the most affordable price for the local customers in India”. The assembly of the iPhone has given major boost to the Make in India campaign. The pieces made in Karnataka will not cost as much as the imported pieces. As the tax of about 20% is given by the retailers on the imported devices. As per reports, the made in India smartphone will go sale in the coming weeks albeit with a reduced price.

iPhone SE 2020 started to assemble in India
The smartphone was launched at a price of Rs. 42,500 for the base variant in India. Followed by 47,800 and 58,300 for the other two variants. The iPhone SE 2020 is the same as the previous iPhone SE with 4.7 inches display. The phone is also compact in size. The phone has glass on its front and back side with aluminium frame. The smartphone will be available in three color options Black, White and Red. The smartphone is powered with the A13 bionic chip which is seen in iPhone 11 series.
The bionic chip is the fastest chip in performance. This chip can beat the best chip set provided in Android phones in terms of performance. The phone comes in three variants with 64GB, 128GB and 256GB of storage. In the camera department, the only camera is of 12 megapixel. Also the camera includes the Portrait mode, along with six Portrait Lighting effects and Depth Control. The front camera is of 7 megapixel.
