He has 8 children from different relationships. His first child, a daughter, was born with spina bifida to form a relationship with ex-girlfriend Helen Duncan. With Jessica Scales-Wilder married in 2009 and later divorced, Wilder has two other daughters and one son.

Deontay Wilder is currently engaged with Telli Swift, and they also have one child together. Deontay Wilder began his boxing career in October 2005. Wilder was 20 when he joined Skyy Box Gym in Northport, Alabama. His Olympic Results at that time were: Boxing at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Wilder defeated Abdelaziz Toulbini in Algeria 10:4, and then in Morocco 10+10, he defeated Mohammed Arjaoui; after that, he lost 1:7 to Clemente Russo in Italy.

Dontay Wilder world championships results in that time were: 2007 AIBA World Boxing Championships, where he lost to Krzysztof Zimmoch in Poland 20-23, that was on 24, October 2007.

Professional Boxing Career

When Deontay Wilder was 23, on 15, November 2008 he had his first professional debut at the Vanderbilt University Memorial Gymnasium in Nashville, Tennesse.

WBC Heavyweight Champion

Wilder fought vs. Stiverne in 2015; then, Deontay Wilder fought vs. Molina in 2015; after that, he fought vs. Duhaupas in August 2015; then, he fought in December 2015 vs. Szpilka; after that later in early 2017, his fight was rescheduled vs. Washington.
