Hexaware is always recruiting some new employees from time to time. So, what’s new in that? The newness is that Hexaware is all set to recruit 2021 pass-outs this time. Yes, you read that right! Freshers can now apply to Hexaware through its Open Campus Mavericks Programme. However, this is not limited to BE, B.Tech and MCA pass outs of 2021, as of now. These 2021 pass outs will be eligible to undergo training for the post of a Graduate Engineer in Hexaware.
Recruitment programs in Hexaware are conducted both on and off-campus. Hexaware Recruitment 2020 will, however, be an off-campus initiative. The last date to register is 21 August 2020.
The Job Role
The 2021 pass-outs can apply for the post of a Graduate Engineer through Hexaware Recruitment 2020. On clear all processes of assessments, selected candidates have to undergo a training period of 6 months. During these six months, they will be provided with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month.
After 6 months, they can begin the real job. They have to sign a service agreement of at least 2 years and will be provided with a salary of Rs. 3.5 LPA INR, to begin with.
The eligibility criteria are simple. You need to earn a graduate degree in either BE, B. Tech or MCA in 2021. You need to have maintained an aggregate of at least 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout your 10th, 12th and UG/PG. Also, you should be devoid of having any active backlogs. The minimum gap year should be one. If you had more than one gap year, you are not eligible to apply for Hexaware Recruitment 2020.
There are also some required skills that are not extremely essential but can draw you as a better candidate for the role. These are-

Hexaware Recruitment 2020 Registration
To begin with, go to Hexaware’s official website. Once there, click on the tab called Careers that appears on the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a new screen where you can have a look at the job that you want to take up. For the fresh graduates of 2020, it will be a Graduate Engineer. Click on that job. This will take you to a new screen that asks you will out registration details. Enter all the details and click on Submit. There, you just applied for Hexaware Recruitment 2020 programme.
Hexaware Recruitment 2020 is a five-step process. You need to clear all five of these to go on to the training period. The five of them are mentioned below, in the order that you need to take them.
- an online aptitude test
- group discussion
- technical interview
- interview by HR
- a Versant communication test
The online test will be in two parts- one will be an aptitude test and the other will be a domain test. The aptitude test will have 60 questions and will measure your aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability. You need to finish taking the test in 60 minutes. The domain test, on the other hand, will have 40 questions- all related to your engineering course. You need to finish the test in just 40 minutes.
Once you clear the online test and the other processes with apt marks, you will be selected to undergo a training period to secure the job.
