Idris Elba will receive a special Bafta TV award later this month. Specifically, he will receive one of Bafta’s highest honors the special award for television. He’s receiving the award recognition of his craft and also his championship of diversity and new talent in the industry. Idris Elba will receive the war at the virtual Bafta award ceremony on Friday, July 31, 2020.
