Michelle Yeoh joins Shang-chi :
Rumors were in the air for quite some time that Michelle will be working on this new Marvel studio’s project. Recently Yeoh posted a pic of herself getting a COVID test. As she was in Australia this movie is also set to be filmed there. This all has given this rumor some base. on Thursday it is confirmed that Michelle Yeoh has joins the cast of Shang-chi officially.
About Shang-chi and the Legend of Ten Rings :
Shang-chi as the Name suggests is based on the Fictional comic book character Shang-chi. Like other Marvel superheroes, he doesn’t possess any supernatural powers. However, his Kung fu abilities are something that no normal human being can reach. He can lift weight double of his body. Trained to be a deadly assassin later recruited by Captain America to save the world from Thanos.

This will be the 25th movie in MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). This will be the first Marvel movie with an Asian lead.

As Marvel studio officially tweeted on Monday revealing the entire cast of this movie. And confirming Michelle Yeoh joins the Shang-chi cast.

- Meng’er Zhang as Xialing
- Michelle Yeoh as Jiang Nan

Crazy Rich Asians in Shang-chi And the legend of Ten rings :
Earlier Awkwafina joined the cast However she is not alone in the movie Crazy Rich Asians. Michelle Yeoh has also joined the cast. Actors from Crazy rich Asians are in Shang-chi.

Shang-chi will be the first Marvel movie with an Asian hero and storyline based on a hero who has Asian Origins. Therefore Asian fans are so excited. But this is something new internationally so fans from all over the world are eagerly waiting for this movie.
