Henry Cavill plays Sherlock Holmes and Sam Claflin plays Mycroft Holmes. The setting of the movie is the Victorian era. That is also the setting in the first book of Nancy Springer’s Enola Holmes series of novels.

In the movie, Enola tries to find her mother, who is Eudora Holmes. Helena Bonham Carter plays Eudoria Holmes. Using her mystery-solving skills and her bravery she needs to find her mother in London.

The last line of the Netflix movie is “The future is up to us”. Millie Bobby Brown believes that this line sparks motivation for the people of her generation. This is because just like the Victorian era even the present generation is going through political changes and conflicts. She adds that the cast members of “Stranger Things” will agree with her. She says that they were not the best actor but they find their best and find their role models. Furthermore, she says it is important for people of this generation to looks at Enola Homes as an example. The character is not afraid to follow her heart and stick to what she believes.
