POCO X4 GT flaunts a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with support for 1080×2460 pixels resolution, with a pixel density of 407 PPI. The front camera sits under the punch-hole layout at the top. The 20.5:9 aspect ratio design offers a larger viewing area and a screen-to-body ratio of over 84 per cent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. For security purposes, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support through the selfie camera.

POCO is using the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 octa-core 5G chipset to power the X4 GT variant. It gets paired with 8GB RAM and provides 128GB internal storage which is further expandable. The phone runs on the Android 12-based MIUI 13 version. The X4 GT packs a triple rear camera that has a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. While on the front, the phone has a 16MP camera for selfies, shooting videos and taking video calls.
