The company shall work with an intention to identify succeeding businesses in the field of energy and sustainability. The company then plans to decarbonize these companies with innovative solutions.
In this quest, the company has filed for a $250 million IPO on August 24. The company plans to raise $250 million by offering shares for $10 each. Businesses can redeem the warranty within 30 days of a business combination.
