Aww guys Marie Osmond is calling it quits. She is leaving the CBS day time show “The Talk”. The reason behind this decision is that she is taking on a new project. Also, her quitting the show co-indices with a personal milestone for her family. Her two kids have just gone to college and Marie Osmond now wants to relax and spend time with her family.
When Sara Gilbert the creator of the show left in 2019 Osmond was brought in to replace her. Though she was in “The Talk” for only one season, she had touched the hearts of many fans. Marie Osmond was a co-host along with Eve, Sharon Osbourne, Carrie Inaba, Sheryl Underwood. During the summer hiatus that the show took their long-time executive producer Redman has also left the show after 10 successful seasons.
Until a new co-host is found “The Talk” will return with another season with the remaining co-hosts. And an executive producer will also be named before the show returns. The former co-star of Donny & Marie is working on a new show with ViacomCBS. Also, Marie Osmond has just finished with a Lifetime Holiday movie ‘ the Christmas Edition’ and has two more projects under making.
