UP Police Recruitment 2020: Eligibility, Syllabus and Selection process

UP Police Recruitment 2020 has begun and here are the details regarding it:-

If one is applying for Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector, the candidate ought to have done Graduation from some recognized University or Institute. Also, candidates should be aware of the knowledge of typing.

If one is applying for the position of constable, then he must have completed 12th from a recognized Board/Institution and must have typing knowledge.

Age criteria– For applying for UP Police Sub Inspector, the minimum age should be 21 and the maximum would be 28. For applying for UP Police Constable, the minimum age limit should be 18 and the maximum should be 28.

UP Police constable 2020 salary:

⦁ The salary would be Rs 5200-20200-+ Grade Pay
⦁ Salary of Sub-inspector would Rs 9300-34800+ Grade Pay

Selection Process:

UP Police Recruitment 2020 selection will be based upon Physical Standard Test, Written Test, Medical Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Document Verification.
Physical standard for Male applicants:
Height for candidates of Gen/SC/OBC-152 cm
Height for candidates of ST-147 cm
weight-minimum of 40 kg
chest-no specifications
Running- 2.4km in 14 minutes.

Application fee-

 The form fees are Rs 400 (For UP Police Sub Inspector) for any category.
The form fees are Rs 200 (For Constable) for any category.
The applicant can make payment via Debit card, Credit card, Internet Banking Online. For   offline, one must pay using E-Chalan.

How to apply for UP Police Recruitment

1. Visit the site prpb.gov.in
2. Click on the link “Candidate Registration”
3. Enter name, number, Date of birth, and other details.
4. An Application ID and password will be generated and be sent to the mobile number and email id.
5. fill the application form with personal details.
6. Upload your photograph, signature in the prescribed format.
7. Preview the details.
8. Submit the application and print it out.

UP Police Result 2020:

Exam results will be announced a few days after the exam gets over. As everything, results will be announced on a fixed date. You can go to eh official website to collect the result.
