Wentworth Miller has recently opened about his comeback in ‘SUV’. The role will be a major milestone because Wentworth stated in November that he is done playing straight roles. He took to his Instagram account to share this thought and said that he is just don’t want to portray straight characters. Wentworth Miller further continued to say that he is not willing to play Michael Scofield in Prison Break.

Wentworth Miller on his role as LGBTQ district attorney
Wentworth Miller is playing the role of LGBTQ district attorney in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also portrayed Captain Cold. Wentworth has portrayed only these two characters representing the LGBTQ community since his last glimpse as Scofield.
The showrunner of SUV said that the performance of Wentworth Miller as Holmes was short and brief in the last season. So, now the show will see further widening and exploration of his character. The new episode will showcase Holmes’ journey and highlight it on the screen.

Warren Leight went on to explain why and how the journey will be more interesting. He said that the character of Holmes have multiple layers who has got intelligence and integrity. But he has also got some guilt and burden because of his early life. Now that he identified himself as a Queer, he is more empowered and fearless. Leight then said that Wentworth Miller told him how Holmes knows what and who he is. So, he will advocate those who cannot stand for themselves.

Wentworth Miller revealed about his return in an interview to ET. He said that he will be reappearing in the role of Holmes on SUV. He also said that he is looking forward to playing more authentic roles ahead. Miller told the media how he always wished to come back on the show. He explained how he always wanted to play the role of an advocate. On asked how does he feel about returning on SUV, he said it is lovely to work with the cast. The whole team helps.
Wentworth also revealed that he is a fan of BD Wong. BD Wong portrayed George Huang. So, his legacy and presence inspired Miller.
