on 29th June 2020, Disney+hotstar organized a press conference about the 7 upcoming new movies on Hotstar. They invited Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgan, Alia Bhatt for this virtual press meet. However, Kunal Khemu’s and Vidyut Jambal’s films are also releasing on this platform, but they were not invited in the press meet and their pictures were not included in the announcement.
Vidyut Jambal took his twitter handle and twitter about this incident. Actor Kunal Khemu also talks about this on his twitter and share a post. They pointed out the difference and disbalance of the Bollywood industry. This incident fueling the debate on the nepotism issue. Some of the other star-like Vikrant Messy, Genelia Deshmukh also twitted about this.
