TS EAMCET 2020: EXAM DETAILS

The TS EAMCET( Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test), which is conducted every year in the Telangana state, is postponed. The exam TS EAMCET-2020 was conducted by JNTUH ( Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Hyderabad) for entry into professional courses for the academic year 2020-21. The EAMCET last date to apply with late fees was 30.06.2020(Tuesday) and without late fees was 10.06.2020. The exam was earlier scheduled to be held on 1st to 3rd July 2020, which was later postponed to 06.07.2020 to 09.07.2020, as per the site information.

The latest news came around earlier this week, the state Govt. has postponed all the Common Entrance Tests(CETs). This notification came after the directions and guidance provided by the state High Court. The latest date for the conduction of TS EAMCET exam and other exams is yet to be decided. This decision came into effect because of the continuous increase in the number of COVID-19 patients in the state.

The candidates who have completed the application procedure last month can download their Hall tickets through the official web portal. According to the official notification, hall tickets are available in online mode from 1st July to 3rd July 2020. Applicants can download their hall tickets for TS EAMCET 2020 by using their application registration number and DOB.

The candidates were waiting for their exam tickets for a very long time. As per the original notification, the exam was scheduled to happen in May 2020. The exam hall ticket is very necessary for all the candidates who wish to appear for the exam. The exam hall ticket carries all the necessary information submitted by you during application submission. Without the exam hall ticket and a photo-id proof, no student will be allowed to appear for the exam in their respective examination centres.

  • Name of Parents/Guardians
  • Photo of the candidate
  • Signature of the candidate

  • Exam code and examination centre code
  • Important instructions

TS EAMCET SELF DECLARATION FORM

The various exam centres of State have been provided with proper instructions regarding the conduction of exams smoothly and safely. The students appearing for the exam must ensure the proper activation and working of Arogya Setu App installed in their phones. In case of not having a smartphone, the students are advised to carry a self-declaration form as proof of not being infected by a coronavirus. The candidates are advised to bring the declaration form with them along with their respective exam hall tickets.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TS EAMCET EXAM 2020

  • Candidates will have to carry their masks and will have to wear them through the exam.
  • Students can also wear gloves and bring hand sanitizer of not more than 50 ML.
  • Applicants are allowed carrying water bottle but make sure the bottle is transparent.
  • All candidates must have Arogya Setu App installed on their phones.
  • In case candidates do not have a smartphone will have to get a signed copy of the declaration that they are not Corona positive.
  • The temperature of the candidates will be checked at the centre, if someone is found with high temperature then their exam will be conducted in a separate room due to safety purposes.
  • You will have to reach the centre as per the slots allotted to you.
  • The candidates are prohibited from using any sort of electronic gadgets within the exam premises.
  • Any use of unfair means during the exam will make the candidate liable for cancellation of the exam.

 EXAM DATES AND NEWS UPDATE

Previously, the exam got postponed due to the nationwide lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The students although wanted the exam to get cancelled officially as the situation is not completely under control. Presently, as per the official site notification, the exam applications is now extended till 8th July 2020 with late fee charges for all courses. The hall ticket is available on the official site with the updated the information. The candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for any updates as provided by JNTU about TS EAMCET 2020 exam.

STRESS PERSISTS

The stress for the students persists even longer this time due to continuous changes in the exam schedule. Due to irregular corrections in the dates and instructions of the TS EAMCET 2020 exam, the students are losing their patience and are getting more stressed. The whole situation has become an ever-increasing tide of speed-breakers for the students. Which further halts their effective preparation and exam preparedness.
