Apple may face one of its biggest Android rival in Microsoft’s new phone

Microsoft has launched its first Android phone. The name of the phone is Microsoft Surface Duo. It might become a burden for its rival company Apple to see this phone. The phone is already out for pre-orders. The most unfortunate thing is that the phone is only available in the US. The phone will go sale from September 10.

The phone has 2 displays. Each display is of 1800×1350 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate. Both of the screens are hinged together to form one big 8.1 inches screen with 2700×1800 screen resolution. The phone weighs about 250 grams. It has a battery of 3577mAh for both screens with a 18W charger. Corning Gorilla Glass protects the display of the phone. The hinge is 360 degree flexible to get a flat view as well.

There are two variants of the phone one with 6GB RAM 128GB ROM and the other one is with 6GB RAM and 256GB ROM. The phone comes with a USB 3.0 storage. There is only one color available in this phone which is Glacier. The price of the phone is $1,399 which is approx Rs.1,04,000.

There is no official announcement on launch of this phone in the Indian Markets.
