As we find ourselves in lock down period, for those stuck at home with kids – these lock down phase can be a little difficult with trying to find things to keep your children entertained. Indoor activities for kids can be fun, creative as well as innovative. Young children are naturally active and will move, run, kick, throw, and play on their own in nearly any environment. We all want our kids to get involved in something that is more productive than entertaining. Integrating physical activity into young children’s lives is essential for creating a foundation of movement and activity that they will carry with them throughout the rest of their lives.

Modelling clay:

If you love to dance or acting, you can make Tiktok videos with your kids. Kids can easily learn dance and acting, it would be fun if you engage them in these activities.

You can find inspiring videos for kids on YouTube, which they can learn and get inspiration. There are many YouTube channels for kids, they can get inspiration from them. Maybe they’ll want to even create their own channel.

Cleaning or organizing:

Everyone off from school and off from work, the house is bound to get messy, and pretty quickly at that. You can give them small task of cleaning and organizing.

Do Yoga:

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In this lock down period you can also practice yoga with kids, either you can all do yoga together as a family.

Writing a diary:
