BITSAT has recently released BITSAT Exam 2020 Updates in its official notice. The new dates are given in the official notice which says, “The BITSAT 2020 Exam will be conducted in the time interval between august 6 to august 10 2020.” The exam will take place in different slots. Slot booking process will start from July 10 and end up on July 16, 2020. Students are required to book a slot for taking an exam. Slot booking will help the BITSAT Exam to ensure social distancing principles while taking the exam as aspirants will come in different allotted slots.
Further, students can download the admit cards from the official website from July 23, 2020. Admit card is the main document to carry into the exam hall. Aspirants will get entry to sit in BITSAT 2020 only when they have admitted cards with them. Downloading an admit card is an important step before attending any exam. Students can download the admit cards for BITSAT 2020 Exam by entering their Application number and password.
BITSAT Direct Admission new dates
Further, BITSAT also provides the option to the State/ Central Board topper students to get admission directly in BITS Pilani. This process of admitting Board topper students via Direct Admission will take place from July 25 to August 16, 2020. This stands out to be a golden opportunity for the board topper students. The basic eligibility to seem for BITSAT 2020 is to secure a minimum of 75% aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and arithmetic in school 12th. Candidates who choose Biology must have an aggregate score of 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Candidates should confirm that the individual marks in each subject should be 60%. Eligibility Criteria for B.E. (Hons.), M.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. (Tech.) Programs
Aspirants must have passed class 12th examination from a recognized board, with Physics, Chemistry, and arithmetic as main subjects. And they must secure the minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and arithmetic subjects.
Eligibility Criteria for B. Pharm (Hons.) Programs
Students must have successfully passed class 12th examinations with minimum 75% aggregate marks. And they must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology because of the main subjects in school 12th.
Students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or 2019 are eligible to seem for BITSAT 2020.
Exam centre for BITSAT 2020
BITSAT is conducted in additional than 50 exam cities across India and a global centre in Dubai, UAE. A candidate progressing to appear for the test in India can indicate a maximum of three exam centre preferences. And those progressing to appear for the test in Dubai centre can set only 1 preference.
Admit Card for BITSAT 2020
Candidates can download their admit card from the official website after the appliance process ends.
- BITSAT Hall Ticket will get from the official website.
- The admit card includes the subsequent details: Name of the candidate, Photograph and Signature, application number, test centre details, Test date, Test time, Date of exam, test slot, and exam instructions.
- Use BITSAT Application Number, Date of Birth and Email ID to download your admit card from the official site.
- In case of any discrepancy or propaganda in BITSAT Admit Card, report the conducting authority in time for the generation of a brand new admit card with correct information.
BITSAT 2020 is a 3-hour long computer-based test having 150 multiple-choice questions. The syllabus of the exam is supported class 11th & 12th Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English and Logical Reasoning.
