Great British Bake Off runner up Luis is no more. He was the runner up of this baking show in 2014. Troyano Luis made some good friends in the show and also earn a reputation in baking.
He was fighting cancer for many days. And finally, on Tuesday he lost the battle for life and took his last breath. His manager confirmed the news and convey his gratitude towards him.
AK Artist Management shared a note in his demise and said Luis was a great person with a big heart. He will be always in their thought and will be missed forever.
Great British Bake finalist died of Oesophageal cancer. He was a graphic designer by profession and was a passionate baker. And out of love for baking Luis joined the show in 2014.
And he passes every challenge gracefully and reaches the finale. He was the runner up of the Great British Bake, 2014, and later published a cookbook the following year. Made many television appearances and also open his own bakery ‘The Hive.’
Luis was a great person and those who have watched Great British Bake, 2014 episodes must saw him as a person and his passion for baking.
Luis’s wife set up fundraising for MacMillan in memory of her late husband and open a website for the same. On the website, she wrote about Luis on how great he was and he was a blessing to her life.
All his life everybody loved Luis for his great personality and now that he is no more everyone is going to miss him immensely.
Luis’s Great British Bake co-participants also responded to the news and shared their grief on social media platforms. Everyone in a touch with Luis is greatly saddened and they wish Luis for a better afterlife.
