Malware attack on Tesla’s Nevada factory confirmed Elon Musk.

Elon Musk has confirmed that the Nevada’s factory was target of serious malware attack. He also confirmed that an employee of the company helped the FBI to prevent this attack.

According to sources the company is stated unnamed in the US department of Justice. Also the company claims that the the attack was a pre-planned on that unidentified company. “This was a serious attack” Musk tweeted. Egor Igorevich Kriuchkov a Russian national was arrested and charged for this conspiracy. The charges on Egor Igorevich Kriuchkov are damage on the computers and installing malware in those computers.

Malware attack on Tesla

The malware was introduce to extract the data from network and then take money from the company. This money will be taken as ransom money. According to the Justice Department the company promised the employee an incentive of $ 1 million to introduce the malware.

But the employee was faithful towards his company and alerted FBI regarding this attack. This helped to prevent a serious malware attack on the Tesla company.

Avoidance of this attack was a huge relief for Tesla. As it would have costed the company a huge amount of money and their data might have never retrieved. Also it is good to see the faithfulness of the employee.

The malware attack might have costed the company a huge amount of money. But still it would have been a conspiracy about the data that might have leaked. The data which would have leaked due to this attack would have costed the company in various ways.
