About National Highways Authority of India
National Highways Authority of India is autonomous agency of Government of India. Hence, It was constituted by an Act of Parliament in 1988 under the administrative control of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
Generally, NHAI has been set up as a Central Authority to develop, maintain and manage the National Highways entrusted to it by the Government of India.
Vacancy Details
NHAI Recruitment 2020: There are 48 posts of Deputy Manager (Technical) in the Level 10 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC (Pre-revised: Pay Band-3 [(Rs.15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-)] with Central DA on Direct Recruitment basis through GATE 2020 scores in the discipline of Civil Engineering.
However, the number of posts advertised may increase or decrease at the discretion of the Authority.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications and experience required:
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute. All persons must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement.
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 15 June 2020.
Recruitment criteria: By Direct Recruitment on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score 2020 in Civil engineering discipline.
