125W
The firm has developed the latest Fast charging technology. The company have named it 125W Fast charging technology. This new and latest technology can also be known as ” super flash charge” or new version in the SuperVOOC in the Fast charging technology.
Currently, commercially available fastest technology is 65W. Also, this was also introduced by Oppo. So, the company is breaking its own global level.
The company claims that this latest technology, have an ability to charge one-third of a 4000mAh battery. Only in three minutes. Also, it is capable of making the device fully charged just within 15 minutes.
The firm shared a tweet on its tweeter account. The tweet had a hashtag #FlashForward. Along, with a video clip showing the number increasing from 65W to 125W, and the date 15th July. Which clearly reveals the release date that is 15th July 2020.
Competitive company
Vivo has always been a competitive company to Oppo. Previously, when Oppo introduced it’s 65W fast charging technology in October 2019 along with the model Oppo Reno Ace. Realme being the competitor also launched Realme X50 Pro with 65W technology.
This time also, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has also announced its 120W technology. Also, this time Vivo is trying to be ahead of Oppo.
Vivo not only invested in the technology. The company have also started manufacturing the smartphones which will support and will be compatible with this new technology. On the other hand, there was no trace of upcoming phones which support this technology by Oppo.
