The shooting of Killing Eve season 4 has been delayed because of the corona virus pandemic. The BBC America show has been mostly shot in Europe. There is no clear date when the widely popular thriller drama will start its shooting.
The show stars Jodie Comer as Villanelle and Sandra Oh as Eve Polastri. The shooting was supposed to be held mainly in European locations. However, the American actress Sandra Oh was reluctant to fly to Europe for the shooting. The makers are yet to decide on a date to start its shooting which was earlier in August.
The Emmy and the Golden Globe award winner has so far had 3 very successful seasons. The story line goes as Eve being a smart but thoroughly bored MI5 security officer. While Villanelle is a talented killer who has diverse moods. Both women are pitted against each other as, Villanelle has to kill Eve and Eve has to find Vilanelle.

The first season of the show premiered in April 2018. In 2019, Sandra Oh was nominated for the best actress in Golden Globe awards and won it too. Since, 2018 it has been nominated for the best actress and best drama series.
Golden Globe-winning writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge wrote and produced the Killing Eve’s first season. Emerald Fennell, the director of Promising Young Woman, has directed the season two, and Suzanne Heathcote has directed the third season. The writers so far have all been women for Killing Eve, however for Killing Eve season 4 someone is yet to be finalised.
Oh too talked about her experiences of working in the UK entertainment industry.
“Sometimes it would be me and 75 white people and I have not come from that. The development of people behind the camera is very slow in the UK,” the “Grey”s Anatomy” alum had said.
