Some of the characters that fans have grown to love, including Max, Lucas, Dustin, Steve, Robin, Erica, Nancy, Mike, Will, Jonathan, and Karen, are returning for the upcoming season. The show is introducing some new characters, including Eddie and Argyle.
Max, Lucas & Dustin
Max will be dealing with the loss of her stepbrother, Billy, while uncovering plenty of darkness while trying to avenge his death. Lucas, with his exceptional scouting and sleuthing skills, will try to stay one step ahead of danger in order to protect his friends. Dustin may be a high school freshman, but he still plays D&D with his friends and just might find himself wrapped up in a new adventure inside the mysterious and abandoned Creel House.
Steve & Robin
Steve cracked the case of what was lurking beneath the Starcourt Mall. Now he wants some time away from supernatural horrors while working at the video store with Robin. Fans can expect the never-ending battle with the Upside Down to pull Steve, along with his hair, back into action since nothing ever stays calm in Hawkins for long.
Nancy, Karen, Mike & more
Nancy will team up with Robin to uncover the horrific secrets of Hawkins and the Creel House. After Jonathan moved to California with his family, someone last saw her tearfully saying goodbye to him. Karen, Nancy, and Mike’s mother may have to face the terrifying reality that has been affecting her and her children. The truth may compel her to confront it.
The new season of Stranger Things introduces fans to Eddie, the leader of the Hellfire Club, the D&D club within Hawkins High School. When they sign up to join, the supernatural dangers of Hawkins eventually pull Eddie in too.
After being lost in the Upside Down, Will and his family made it out of Hawkins. Will’s family finally escaped, having been through a lot during their time in the Upside Down. However, it’s clear that plenty of horrors await him in sunny California, too. Jonathan, his mom, his brother, and Eleven relocated to the West Coast where they will face a new danger. They will face this danger amid the sunshine and palm trees.
