Actor Sushant Singh’s Death Case has taken up a new turn. On Tuesday, Sushant’s Father K.K Singh has filed an FIR against his girl friend Rhea Chakrborty in Patna HighCourt for abetment of suicide.
The lawyer Vikas Singh ( Former Additional Solicitor General) of Sushant’s Family had claimed that in Sushant Singh’s Death Case Mumbai Police till now has not registered any FIR against in the case and was pressurizing the late actor’s family to reveal Big Production Houses name instead of Rhea Chakraborty.
He told that a suicide is done only when there is a feeling of frustration and the person is being controlled by someone.This was a well-thought-out conspiracy of Rhea Chakraborty and his family and provoked Sushant for suicide.
He further added that the ” Mumbai Police is taking this matter on another level and not talking about the logical end.He said that the crime began when Sushant’s girl friend Rhea Chakraborty assured that the former lost his access to his family.”Singh said the FIR was filed in Patna HC with the help of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, as earlier Patna Police was hesitant to file the complaint. The family has not demanded for CBI inquiry yet.
Singh also said that they are expecting the arrest of Rhea Chakraborty to be happen soon.
He claimed that Rhea Chakraborty had controlled the actors life fully, as from changing the servants and bodyguards to siphoned money from his account, how she controlled his doctor treatment and medicines.
In response, Rhea Chakraborty has approached the Supreme Court and filed a petition to transfer the case in Mumbai.
Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on June 14 and till now many big celebrities, close friends, filmmakers etc. have been investigated and recorded their statement in Mumbai Police Station.
