Weight loss tips : There are a lot of ways in which you can lose weight at home, and sometimes you can lose more weight at home than spending hours in the gym. Here are tips on how to lose weight without sweating it too much.

Do regular exercise:

Exercise burns fat and build stronger muscles. It also helps strengthen your bones. You can do simple exercises like walking, jogging etc. If possible, you can do aerobics or Zumba which are more rigorous.

Stay hydrated:

Drinking at least 4 liter of water is must. It is a very important aspect in weight loss, and the best for your skin. Drinking enough water is must to reduce weight.

Drink lemon-water:

Drink 1 glass of lukewarm water with Lime juice as soon as you wake up from your bed. Lemon is rich in vitamin C while the water will help stabilize metabolism, which will help in burning excess fat.

Eat more protein:

A high-protein diet can make you feel fuller and reduce your appetite. Your body burns calories when digesting the proteins which you eat, so a high-protein diet can boost metabolism by up to 80-100 calories per day.

Reduce high carb foods:

Low carbohydrate diets can be very effective for weight loss, reducing carbs tends to reduce your appetite and cause automatic weight loss, or weight loss. Start you day by eating good carbohydrates like chick peas, kidney beans etc.

Reduce sugar intake:

Cutting sugar from your diet helps you consume fewer calories and thus, helps you lose weight. 90% of everything that you eat contains sugar which increases your sugar intake and contributes to you putting on weight. Eating sugar in its natural form is still fine as opposed to refined sugar which is definitely bad for your health.

Eat high fibre foods:

A high-fiber diet has several benefits, including helping with weight loss. While fiber is a carbohydrate, it is not easily digestible. It adds bulk to satisfy your feeling of fullness after a meal while not boosting your blood sugar or adding calories. Fibre is only found in food from plants, such as fruit and vegetables, oats, wholegrain bread, brown rice and pasta, and beans, peas and lentils.

Avoid junk food:

Junk food has no nutritional value and does more harm than good. Such foods don’t just have excess sugar, spice and fructose, they also have preservatives and chemical additives which can harm your health too.

Skip beverages:

Reduce your intake of juice, soda, sweetened coffee and tea, and alcoholic beverages which increase your calories intake. Water is naturally calorie-free. Make the habit of drinking water whenever you’re thirsty instead of your regular juices and beverages that contain high calories and sugar.

Drink Green Tea:

Green tea known as one of the best health drinks that are out there. It contains massive range of antioxidants which helps burn fat and boosts metabolism. It helps in balance of excess estrogen levels in the body, which is a major fat loss hindering hormone.

Avoid eating 4 hours before bed:

Because all the food has been digested and stored, your body will then be forced to use body fat to fuel it recovery while you sleep. It turns out that people who eat before bed are more likely to gain weight simply because a bedtime snack is an extra meal.

8-hour sleep:

Sleeping for adequate hours every night can be an easy way to alleviate your weight loss. People who get around eight hours sleep a night have double the chance of slimming down.

Reduce stress level:

Even if you usually eat well and exercise, high stress can prevent you from losing weight. Stress can make you gain belly fat by triggering the adrenal glands to produce cortisol, which is also known as the stress hormone. So, engage in pleasurable activities that relieve stress. Practicing yoga or meditation can be effective methods.
